Dirt work, done in-house, across Southern Idaho.

Site preparation, excavation, grading, drainage, and demolition for residential, agricultural, and commercial projects across Southern Idaho.

Site Preparation & Land Clearing

Getting raw ground ready for what is next. We clear brush and trees, strip topsoil, knock down high spots, and rough-grade pads so framers, pavers, or the next trade can start clean. Whether it is a single homesite or a multi-acre development, we leave the lot the way a builder wants to find it.

  • Brush, tree, and stump removal
  • Topsoil stripping and stockpiling
  • Pad cuts and rough grading
  • Erosion control and access roads

Excavation & Earthwork

Foundation excavation, basement digs, footings, ponds, and bulk cut-and-fill. We size the excavation to the engineered plan, with no overdigging and no overbilling, and we work to the surveyor’s stakes so the structural crew can drop forms the moment we step off.

  • Foundation and footing excavation
  • Basement and crawl-space digs
  • Pond and reservoir excavation
  • Bulk earthmoving and cut-and-fill

Grading & Drainage

Finish grading, slope work, and drainage that protects what you are building. Southern Idaho soils and the irrigation grid do not forgive sloppy water management, so we cut the grades, dig the swales, and bury the pipe to send storm and snowmelt where they belong.

  • Finish grading to plan or to specification
  • Driveways, parking pads, and access lanes
  • Drainage swales, French drains, and culverts
  • Lot and pad re-grading on existing sites

Demolition & Hauling

Outbuildings, concrete slabs, old foundations, and obsolete structures: broken out, loaded out, and trucked off. We’re USDOT-registered (4280644), which means our own trucks haul our own debris. No waiting on a third-party trucking outfit to get the lot clean.

  • Outbuilding and structure demolition
  • Concrete slab and foundation removal
  • Debris loading and off-site hauling
  • Site cleanup and final tidy

Underground Utilities & Trenching

Water service, sewer and septic lines, storm drainage, and electrical conduit: trenched, bedded, and backfilled to spec. We coordinate with locates, inspectors, and the trades that follow us so the line is ready when it’s time to tie in.

  • Storm drainage and culvert installs
  • Electrical and communications conduit

How We Work

From the first call to the final walkthrough.

  1. 01

    Call or Submit

Tell us what you’re building, where the site is, and roughly when you need it ready. A short conversation is enough to know whether we’re a fit.

  2. 02

    Site Visit & Quote

We come look: walk the lot, talk through access and staging, and write a clear scope-and-price quote. No vague allowances or surprise line items.

  3. 03

    Schedule & Mobilize

Once the quote is approved, we lock in a start date and mobilize our own equipment. Because we haul in-house, we don’t lose days waiting on outside trucking.

  4. 04

    Work & Walkthrough

Crew runs the job to plan, with daily on-site communication. We finish with a walkthrough so you can see what was done and sign off before we pull off the lot.
